Greg was recommended to me by a friend when my laptop stopped working for the first time five years ago. He was brilliant and managed to upgrade it and get it back working. Greg at PCMind has got me out of numerous scrapes over the past few years. My PC always seems to go down at the worst possible moment, the last being a week before I was due to give a talk. As always, he sorted out the problem and fixed it. He also keeps my PC going with a yearly clean up, and has helped with buying a new PC and back up hard drive, as well as advising on cloud storage for the thousands of photos that I seem to take each year and finding anti-virus software that did not disturb my cloud storage system.
He is a real star, and such a nice guy to deal with. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I have also had great reports back from my friends who have also adopted him as their PC doctor.
