I recently attended a first aid training course run by Vickie at PASS POINT, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, Vickie’s expertise and passion for teaching first aid were clear. Disappointed as this training could have been great. The trainer Vickie made numerous comments about people from Liverpool including one which enfuriated me as a Scouser ' all scousers wear sovereign rings'. Then proceeded to laugh with a room full of people. If it weren't for me pulling her up in front of everyone, I am sure she would have carried on. Unprofessional at best.

I really enjoyed the course on first aid . Vicky was fantastic she made the course more fun and enjoyable . I never thought learning new things could be fun but what an outstanding teacher we had . Well done vicky and thank you .
