PARC Training

I’m approaching 40, have never really done any exercise since leaving school and am seriously unfit. For the first time maybe ever I actually look forward to working out! Nik makes the circuit sessions fun, always different and is very supportive and encouraging on my small wins. Parc training is great because I never feel judged which is super important on my fitness journey. Also it is an excellent place to meet some friendly doggos on their walkies. Highly recommend!!!!

Can't recommend Nik and Parc training enough! As someone who isn't always the most confident in group scenarios and the thought of doing a class in a park terrified me but I very quickly felt at ease. Nik is great at explaining / coaching each exercise, it was a very enjoyable class and I've already signed up for more!

What an amazing experience this circuit training is. It’s great medicine for the body and mind. A dash of nature, a dose of a highly motivating instructor, topped up with a social element. I enjoyed it so much that I had to sign up for two classes this weekend! Looking forward to starting properly in May. Thanks Nik. I will be summer ready before it’s here! Jemma

First session with Nik and it was everything I wanted! Nik was amazing ? felt so comfortable as I haven’t worked out for a while and he made it feel relaxed and fun. Great group of people , workout was outside which was fantastic as music, ? dogs ( a great distraction for smiles!) and fresh air was a perfect mix! Highly recommend….going back for more and for me that’s a high rated review! ?
