I recently completed a long-term health qualification with Parallel Coaching, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. As a personal trainer, this course has opened up so many opportunities for me to work with a wider range of clients, particularly those with long-term health conditions. The content was incredibly detailed and relevant, giving me the tools and confidence to deliver safe and effective sessions. A huge shout-out to Hayley, who was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire process. Her guidance and expertise is fantastic and she always replied in quick time to my WhatsApp and I sent a few! The videos and workbooks make it easier to understand and apply ready for the exams. Highly recommend Parallel Coaching to any fitness professional looking to expand their knowledge and skills!

Parallel Coaching is by far the BEST training provider. I have just completed the Long Term Health Conditions course. I have used other training providers in the past who didn’t help me learn the content and understand how to answer the questions . Don’t give a second thought to your lack of experience, knowledge or ability as they will have you covered. Their seamless delivery of knowledge without you actually realising you’re learning and imparting what they know is amazing and you will 100% finish a course beaming! And if you have a wobble, they are there to support you every step of the way. It's so easy to give Parallel Coaching a 5-star review. I've recently completed the L3 Diploma in Supporting Clients with Long Term Conditions and today have passed L3 Exercise Referral. The videos for this course were brilliant, extremely informative and catered for all learning styles. Hayley was responsive to all questions, no matter how silly a question I thought I had, she would explain and guide me until I understood. I have done a few courses with Parallel Coaching and I am happy to say that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. I highly recommend Parallel Coaching. I did my Level 2 Gym Instructor Course with them and I'm currently working towards my level 3 PT course (which includes the Kettlebell course). Hayley & Neale were excellent in every aspect. The resources they provided were great - the revision bootcamps are really helpful. What really made the experience stand out for me, however, was the friendly and approachable nature of Hayley & Neale. They were both very personable and went out of their way to ensure that everyone felt supported & encouraged throughout the course. I felt very comfortable asking questions and seeking advice from them. Overall, I had a fantastic experience with Parallel Coaching and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to either start their career in the fitness industry or further their fitness education.
