An absolutely gorgeous landscaped garden, well worth the entrance fee. My friend and I went on a gloomy day but it’s still gorgeous. Love that dogs are welcome! I also appreciate the informational placards beside the follies, explaining the history and landscape features. The grotto is particular gorgeous.

We spent a few wonderful hours exploring this breathtaking spot. The paths are incredibly accessible, making it easy for everyone to enjoy, and each marked viewpoint offers a unique and memorable perspective. The grotto, in particular, has a magical atmosphere that really stands out. Surprisingly, the food here was excellent much better than what you’d usually expect at popular tourist landmarks. Every staff member we encountered was polite and welcoming, with even the youngest team members working hard and adding to the pleasant experience, especially impressive given the busy half-term crowds.

I definitely plan to return during the summer and will aim to arrive earlier to make the most of it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable day out.

For those traveling from London, the Southern Line train will take you to Weybridge Station. From there, it’s just a quick walk to Stop D, where you can catch the C1 bus, which will drop you off near the entrance (mention your stop to the driver for added ease). Booking online can also save you a bit on admission.

Came to support my family at the Alzheimer's Memory walk today, so we didn't get a chance to visit the whole park. But the areas I did see were lovely and tranquil.

Popped in the cafe for a £3.50 latte and it was good, definitely worth the price.

Greeted with a smile, by the friendly staff members on site

I look forward to coming back, to visit the grotto. I've seen pictures and it looks beautiful.

Beautiful Park !!!
I saw it on Google maps a while back but I didn't think it was that big and there were a lot of old attractions, nearly all of them restored. The park is very clean, with a huge lake, great picnic areas, a cafeteria, public toilet, souvenir shop and more
Just visit it, it's worth it!

Come with plenty of energy to walk, the place is beautiful, with picnic areas... I suggest you go prepared with snacks and water for the walk, smaller children in a stroller... There are some cafes spread along the route too... There are lots of benches and places along the route to sit and rest! We loved the time there!

Was just the right size, not too long of a walk and not too short either, was just right. Some amazing views and it was a great way to end our holiday. Enjoyed lunch and a coffee in the cafe too.

Painshill Park in Surrey is a stunning 18th-century landscape garden that offers a serene escape into nature. The park is beautifully designed with picturesque lakes, historic follies, and winding paths that make for a delightful day out. Highlights include the enchanting grotto, the Gothic temple, and the scenic vineyard, each adding to the park’s charm and historical significance.

However, the ticket prices are on the higher side, which might be a consideration for some visitors. While the park’s beauty and tranquility are undeniable, the cost of admission can feel a bit steep, especially for families. Despite this, Painshill Park provides a memorable and enriching experience for those willing to invest in a visit to this unique and historic garden.

Went to this place today, was suggested by an Instagram reel.
Wow I'm so glad I went, fantastic day out, so clean and peaceful. Really nice and well kept grounds. Best park I have ever been to. The weather was fantastic which made it even better. A great way to escape the city life for a day. The entry fee was worth it in my opinion.
