I am four months into my Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare and I can not find any faults with the training offered by Orange Moon. The assessors are knowledgeable and hold a vast amount of experience.

They understand how to support learners in achieving their goals, they support learners in striving to be the best they can be. My assessors in particular are so easy to speak to, the assessments are clear and have good time limits to allow learners to complete tasks. It is clear from emails and discussions held with them that they are passionate about what they do and this impacts the learners experience.

The group learning sessions are engaging, informative and interesting. The resources that are handed out are of fantastic quality and show that constant updates take place ensuring leaders are given the best information available to the time. I already feel like I've strengthened my knowledge within the role.

The 1-1 reviews provide space and time to discuss any issues or concerns and the assessors will provide encouragement, support or showcase where further information or support can be found.

Orange Moon is an incredible training provider, and we will always continue to use them in future. We have put the majority of our staff through trainings with Orange Moon (such as Level 2/3 childcare and education and Level 5 early years practitioner) and could not be happier with the outcome. I am currently completing a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Course with OMT. I have had an amazing learning experience with them. My tutor Andrea is incredible, she has been extremely supportive throughout and it has made my learning experience really enjoyable. I have gained a wealth of knowledge from her expertise in education.
Andrea is always warmly there when needed, and provides all the relevant resources and tools needed to access and complete my coursework.
I would highly recommend OMT - the team wants you to do well and succeed.

Orange moon has been great I completed both my level 2 and level 3 childcare apprenticeship with them. My tutor was great very supportive and was always there to help. Meeting other tutors was great they were very easy to talk to and learnt a great amount from them all. Using onefile to complete tasks was very easy and helpful made me feel organised and ready for each task.

Transferred to orange moon from another company part way through my level 3, which I am glad happened, I felt my work was throughly marked, information was given better, had a really good temporary tutor at the start Andrea North was supportive throughout the change over, my final tutor Rae Wilkinson was amazing, very supportive, always telling you how good you are within your role, and really makes you realise that you know your stuff. In the last few months I have qualified with a distinction!
