They assisted with the quick design & build of our new website, which went live much quicker than we could have anticipated & started generating new leads / enquiries within days. We had a fresh new logo designed & implemented, new business cards, pop up banners, flyers & branded workwear, all within a short space of time. Nothing has been to much trouble.

Tuplin have used Optima Systems as our managed IT service provider for the last 5 years, starting at just one depot, but expanding to multiple sites with a cisco VPN system connecting to our central server at our Head Office. Health Partners have been using Optima Systems since 2014 as our previous IT support had been unable to scale-up to meet the needs of our growing organisation.

They have a wide breadth of knowledge and seem to be able to complete any task required in good time and with the minimum amount of fuss. Much better than our previous support company who just seemed to fix the immediate problem and then it would keep recurring, Optima Systems get to the root course of the issue so you don't get the problem recurring. I would definitely recommend them as a good IT Support company.
