I can highly recommend OPS. Both my instructors Luke and Phil were phenomenal. On my crane user course and enhanced first aid. Both instructors gave enthusiastic and informative course delivery. Just finished my gwo bst courses at ops and my experience was great. Nice facility, relaxed atmosphere, polite staff and the best trainers I have ever worked with. Hat off to Mike Edwards , Phil Keating and Mick. Very professional, experienced and knowledgeable. Would recommend 10/10.

Was in for the BTT course, fantastic facilities, good modern technology especially the electrical practical circuit boards!. Paul and Gaz were excellent at Delivering the course, very professional. Good value for money course! Highly recommend. Will definitely be back for more training when the time comes!.

Booked on to a three day ART course. Was 45 minutes late and they wouldn't let me complete the course or refund any of what I paid.

I recently did a rope access course here and it was advertised as level 1 yet they had level 3's on the same course to fill spaces up, Alex the instructor i had was no help at all and I found her very rude when i was stuck on the rope and asking for help which i found very unprofessional, the instructor left early every day and took extremely long breaks also there was a roof refurb going on all day every day so I could not hear a thing, the description of the course was very misleading and was not what it portrayed to be, this is a complete waste of time and money, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this place at all costs they are con artists.
