I bought a couple of frames from this company and all was good, so I then decided to buy the exact same sized and coloured frames again, 5 of them costing quite a fair amount, the wrong sized frames turn up, get in contact and it's not exactly a professional outfit, the number went through to a guy who told me to get in contact with his boss as he was on holiday, before I managed to make a call his boss called me which was nice and saved me the hassle, however this guy wasn't the boss, told me the previous person was. I was then told that the frame I had re-ordered doesn't include the frame itself, it's just the glass, so how did my previous purchase come to me correct? Furthermore the size I ordered was 18 x14 inch the glass itself comes out as 17.5 x 13.5 inches and with the frame it's 20 x 16 inch. Just don't bother with these guys!!!
