Awful to deal with. I bought a course through Groupon and couldn't access the course material at all. I was constantly emailing online city training and their customer service was appalling. I repeatedly asked for a number or an email for a member of management, which I never received.
Groupon refused to refund my purchase because I had redeemed the voucher by trying to log into my course. I can't even leave a review on Groupon to warn others.
Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Courses and certification are falsely advertised. Courses are not immediately available online following payment and you will be expected to wait up to 72 hours. When I complained, customer support sent me a link to follow that waivers the right to cancellation and did not explain that I still would not be allowed access to course materials. There are also additional charges for certificates, if you ever get to access the course materials. Customer support not willing to provide details for complaints department.

Do not buy courses from here. Poor customer service. Part of E-Careers franchise. Take your money, give your poor service and the courses are not worth it. Buyer beware. Get your course elsewhere.
