Well, you couldn't ask for better professional service from Steve .... with no sharp intake of breath... he was cheerful , helpful and had a positive ,'can-do attitude.... a rarity in this day-and-age. Promptly resolved by him ...there and then... and recovered my 23+ years old 3 1/2" floppy disc info and emailed me the readable files. Highly recommend... what great service ! Many thanks.

Steve is a very competent and friendly guy. My chromebook recently went down and knowing the urgency he was able to fix it the same day. He could have charged anything, but kept the charge to the minimum, so also very honest. Cannot recommend him highly enough.

I couldnt get my tablet screen to turn on, so I contacted Steve & asked him to have a look at it for me. He identified the problem & fixed it for me. He also helped me with other issues I had. I found him very pleasant & easy to talk to as he explained things to me. I would certainly have no hesitation in using him again, & would definitely recommend him. First class service from Steve I cant thank him enough.

OK, I have been shopping around for someone to replace my laptop screen for a few weeks. I always specify high resolution screens at the lowest screen size. I found out that there are consequences to this as Steve had some difficulty sourcing an exact match (16” and a high resolution (2560x1600) 16:10 format). I have been quoted lower than what I paid but not by much but what I gained was experience in care and attention to detail. Steve is a great guy and I would recommend him highly.

I no longer need to make cups of tea while waiting for my old Windows PC to wake up. Steve fitted a new disk drive and extra memory and it is as good as new. Done quickly and at a reasonable price. I wish I had found him earlier. A pleasure to do business with.

First class service. I bought an iMac that looked worse for wear at auction (a bit risky I know) and asked Steve if he could do anything. New screen and operating system later it is perfect (at about a tenth of the price of a new machine). I couldn't be more pleased. Steve has been honest and helpful and I would recommend him without any reservation to anyone who needs help. Great work Steve. Thank you.
