Adelle was a brilliant trainer. Very knowledgeable but made the training fun. The venue was brilliant and comfortable. Have done my last 4 first aid courses with northern training partnership and will continue to do so.

I’ve done many First aid courses here over the years and each one has been delivered well . Trainers make the programme informative and fun. The room and facilities are comfortable. Very happy overall.

Emailed at the last minute. The course stated it was fully booked. Enquired To see if there were any dropouts or if they could fit me on the course. Gary was great help and booked me on. Great quick response. Great customer service highly recommend.

Brilliant training. I've been refreshing my first aid training with NTP for years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. They cover all I need for working in an early years setting, the delivery is relaxed and inclusive, and fun at times. I always leave feeling confident in my knowledge of first aid. They also have good coffee which is a nice perk!

Craig’s delivery is fantastic, more times than enough I have been bored to death by PowerPoints. Craig kept this interactive and interesting.
