Shocking service throughout and now they are changing their terms and conditions so that we have to pay an extra £3 a month - a price increase that will happen each year.

It started with the internet not working for over a week after installation. We were promised a reimbursement for this but months later and we're still chasing it.

Telephone support takes ages to get through to and e-mail support is frankly ridiculous - questions just going unanswered. We sent one e-mail in which must have been read by AI as it sent a response completely unrelated to our query.

I would avoid No One Internet and any Home Telecom owner brands.

Nothing but amazing things to say so far. Great price, fantastic service with great upload and download speeds. I’m a YouTuber for a living so the extra 9x upload speed compared to the big company competitors is a huge bonus. Plus it’s cheaper? What’s not to like. Installation process was also great, and communication up until that point was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend!

Really pleased with the service when No One Internet first offered it in my area. Entire business has gone downhill after the sell-out to Home Telecom. Non existent customer service now and the service itself is no longer reliable with constant dropouts and Home Telcom aren't interested in fixing the line.

To top it off, in December I had an email saying I was behind on payments. I knew I wasn't but still had to check with my bank that my direct debits had actually gone through and weren't blocked etc. It took me getting to a 3rd "agent" from Home Telecom for them to finally check my account and confirm that in fact I wasn't behind on payments and everything was fine.

When a provider gets this information so wrong and threatens to cut your service off within 48 hours if you don't pay them, it is completely abhorrent that they can continue to operate. No apology ever given for the stress and anxiety Home Telecom caused. I will 100% be switching provider when my contract is up for renewal. A huge shame as No One Internet were amazing when they first started.

Tech is great, ruined completely by Home Telecom..!

I joined No One back in 2023 and was over the moon with the service. £40 a month for 900/900 on City Fibre, static IP, no in-contract price rises, and excellent support, although I had very little use for their support as the connection was very stable.

Unfortunately, that was No One. In early 2024, they were taken over by Home Telecom.

Since then, the defining factors that made the service good disappeared for new customers. Home Telecom immediately introduced annual price rises, removed static IPs, and moved to their own support/invoice platform.

Thankfully, as I was on the old No One contract, and the connection was stable, this didn't affect me until I went to leave.

I left when One-Touch Switching (TOTSCo) went live. No One's systems acknowledged the cancellation request and dutifully ceased the service on the correct date, and even fed the right signals back to my new ISP. But clearly, this was never actually fed into Home Telecom's systems, as they continued to try and invoice me for the next month and a half, claiming they never received notice.
Their invoicing system is archaic and also absolutely terrible, generating random invoices at random times.

Live chat's entire purpose seems to be to give you their telephone number, you spend a long time on hold and they often seem to be more interested in trying to sell me electricity and Sky TV!

Used post code checker, placed order. Got appointment slot. Waited all morning at home. Noone (maybe the clue was in the name!) came. Spent 30 minutes on hold to customer services who told me their engineers had swung by and couldn't provide the service without at least 120 days more time. The disconnection for my current broadband is now progressed so I will have a period of no internet and a waste of time trying to resolve. Hopeless!!

The best internet provider I've found, hands down. I struggled immensely with my previous provider, who wouldn't even pick up the phone. I was left without internet for a staggering two weeks because of their negligence. Consequently, I decided to switch to a different provider.
And, oh my goodness!
"No one" set up everything in just four hours. This level of efficiency seemed nearly impossible in contrast to my past experiences. It was like a breath of fresh air to have a company that actually answers my calls and provides extensive assistance, especially after dealing with my previous provider.

Their staff is not only highly skilled and helpful but also genuinely cares about their customers. This is the most important aspect for me.

I had engaging conversations with Lisa, the Customer Service Manager, and Darren from Tech Support. Thanks to you both! You truly saved me from a difficult situation.

UPDATE:
How positive I was at the begging and how negative I'm now.
Noone was awesome when I started with them. But last September I left the UK. I informed them via call that my last day is September 28. I left the UK that day. In October they tried to take money but I closed the card. I was mentioned that I have to pay. I contacted Noone (Ben Cyster) in October and discussed it and we finished that time.
About a month ago Home Telecome started to write me via email that I have to pay again.
Home Telecome, can you just stop doing your work? You do it not so well.
Really upset to say good bye like that cause service itself was good.

After one minor incident which Lisa managed to resolve quickly i have not had any problems!

The speed and reliability of the internet has always been fantastic and it’s nice dealing with a company that deal with matters rather than getting lost in the wash with the big ones!

I recently had Full Fibre set up at my place after leaving Virgin Media 1 ghz speeds decided to Go for Full Fibre Package and I'm thoroughly impressed. My internet speed surpasses my expectations, especially with my Orbi Wifi router.( Attached are my Wifi Speeds). The communication was top-notch—I was kept in the loop through emails and phone calls by Lisa, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Special thanks to Ben for helping me set up my external router today.. Despite some initial complications from the External City Fibre, I'm delighted that my connection is now live and running smoothly. Thank You Faran 🙂
