I visited Nimble with horrible pains in my lower back. I was seen by Rachel Knight who quickly identified the issue. Rachel treated the issue and I was given immediate relief from the pain I was having. In my follow up appointments she has taught me preventative exercises along with exercises to help when I experience symptoms. She is very professional and friendly and I would 100% recommend Rachel for people having similar issues and will definitely be using her service in the future.

Extremely professional and friendly service. I booked as a new patient one Sunday night online after developing a bad back. I found an appointment available on the Monday morning! Rachel explains things really clearly. She delves into your history and does a thorough assessment to make sure she finds the root cause and devises a plan to correct things at source. Even though my back pain is gone, I have now become a regular patient in an attempt to try and correct some longer standing issues that are now starting to affect me as I get a bit older.

I have been to Nimble Osteopath quite a few times spanning over the best part of a year. This was originally for a shoulder issue which I received a lot of information and hands on treatment, furthermore I was provided with strengthening exercises and had follow up sessions.
Rachel and Zac are very professional and friendly.
