Not the best at organisation. At the start of the year, a large group of students came in on the wrong day due to a "glitch in the system" and were sent home without much of a sincere apology.
A text to notify students and parents of this error was sent at 10am on the day while lessons were said to start at 9am, over an hour after staff realised students were coming in because of the error. In conclusion, a lot of time and travel money was wasted with minimal efforts to fix the issue at an appropriate time.

Is a bad college but they don’t care how you are they don’t understand how to work with people who have learning disability eg: autism or ADHD and they don’t care about mental health they just suspend people because they find that easier instead of thinking it could be related to mental health or disability eg autism or adhd

Don’t ever call me R word again when I’m enrolling. Or else I’m reporting this to Ofsted and DfE.

I signed up for a language course & wished I read the reviews before doing so. Was ill on day of first lesson & unable to attend. So called ' admin' staff πŸ™„ sent me a badly written email with incorrect info with no contact details of college staff despite asking me to contact them in case of absence. Theyve no customer service skills at all & communicate very poorly. Do your homework, read reviews before signing up. This college was much better prior to New City taking it on. First impressions? Avoid

This college is absolutely horrendous, they are just good at ruining peoples lives and making it harder for them without giving a toss.

Unless you have already a level to your name then it wouldn't be to bad, but if you don't please tell my why this rubbish college make students do a brec only worth 2 a levels when they won't be doing an a level on top of that anyways? This college is actually stupid, being forced to only do 2 a levels limits the chance of an apprenticeship and going off to a good university.

Thank god that after completing my level 2 I went to leyton college where they have a brain and their btec qualifications are worth 3 a levels unlike this rubbish institute, but some of my friends aren't so lucky and because of this they are forced to apply for foundation year at university.
I really hope ofsted come to this rubbish college again and have a go at it for ruining the future of the students.

Very rude staff and they don`t even know how to organise their enrolment day. I had to wait for 6 hours to get enrolled because they ask everyone to come on the same day which is ridiculous. Also the staff has no manners talking to students. My advice is DO NOT go to this college although if you want to go to this college please do not go on the very first day of enrolment as it is going to be chaos. I hope I saved someone`s life. Now let`s talk about studying inside the college. Only few teachers are nice, otherwise from security guard to teachers all are very rude. Don`t know why they show attitude to us. I studied at red bridge campus so i just know about this campus. I am sure the rest are also same. Thank you.

Studied online during covid. It was difficult for me due to dyslexia and health issues. They refused my certificate as I didn’t perform as well and couldn’t use my notes. I clearly had forgotten some of the things as I struggle with my memory. They didn’t give me my certificate. I am very distraught! Every time I remembered the issues I gave with this college I dislike them more. Covid was a very time for most of us. Having mental and health issues would be even more difficult for those and having being treated like a cheat when i appeared in all my classes and did all my work. Something needs to be done about this college. I had worked very hard and use my notes as guide. Imagine after months of completing this course. Having to answer questions asked by the examination board (without my notes) I had forgotten a few things as I get confused. They failed me, failed me. Please avoid this college at all cost. In the past they had issues with cheaters and unfortunately for me, I was used as scape goat.
