A great location, good food and beverages and excellent service from very attentive staff. However, the cashier, though fast and efficient and smartly dressed, she looked bored, without smile or any welcoming sign and with abrupt delivery.

The food is good but the service leaves a lot to be desired. They took a long time to bring my dessert (and when it did materialise it did so without a spoon so I had to go back for one), and they need to bring out a jug of tap water and glasses when asked to, for I may be fully mobile, but a number of people I know are most certainly not.

Good food and great service. They have some vegetarian options. Thankfully they have real vegetarian options and less of those "plant based chicken" nonsense. The ambience was a little off since the phone at the desk was constantly ringing and no one would answer it. Other than that it was a great dinner.

Delicious food. I enjoyed it. Most of the staff were good and they were gentle but there were some who didn't even smile. The toilets are kept neat and clean but there is one issue. The toilets are located upstairs and they don't have an elevator. That is hard on old people.

It was Mother's Day and when we ordered our food there were hardly any sides left because I ordered half a chicken medium on the sauce with corn on the cob and macho peas and what I got was half a chicken plain no corn on the cob or peas. Rice which was nice , a bowl of leaves with a nice dressing which they called a salad but I disagree because to me it is a bowl of leaves. I was not impressed with the food , atmosphere or service. I will not be back there at all. I will be going to Pineto Lounge in the lexicon because I know in my opinion to be so much better in food , service and a fantastic atmosphere too. Nandos toilets were disgusting too. I will never recommend this nandos ever.

I was at Nandos this afternoon and I was not impressed with the food. I ordered half a chicken with 2 sides. I wanted 2 legs. The staff member said this was not possible. Why should I pay for parts of the chicken I don't like? It makes no sense. I am a grown woman and I know what I want to eat. Nandos have lost a customer for life. The drinks were very watery. There are so many competitors on the shopping complex. Give the customers what they want or your competitors will get the business.

So I'm retracting my previous ... shocked I enjoyed a Nandos review. I went in lunch time today for a birthday lunch. We were shown to the most ridiculous table bearing in mind we had a pushchair & needed a high chair, so it made everything awkward as we were trapped in the circular booth.
The food was awful. It takes great skill to cook thigh meat until it's dry. My meal looked slapped together. The garlic bread was dry & over cooked. My poor granddaughters chicken was so dry national lampoon's Christmas vacation came to mind. A paper towel would have been more moist & tasty.
The service was rubbish. The waitress looked like she didn't want to be there & no one came back to check on our meals.
The majority of the meals were left.
Bring back being asked what you want rather than ordering via the app too as that kept crashing.

It's a HUGE thumbs down from me today.
You've restored my dislike for Nandos today.
