Mint Condition

I first joined Mint Condition after moving to the area and having had knee and shoulder surgery a year or so before that. I was looking for specific help with recovery, building strength & improving fitness. Nick has been fantastic since the start and my progress has been noticeable and well recorded. We even continued (outdoors) during the pandemic, and the personal attention and variety of exercises has helped me enormously. When I eventually needed a top-up knee procedure recently, we adjusted our weekly sessions to accommodate this, and are now working on re-building strength again post-op. The whole team, gym layout & location is perfect for me, and I am happy to be trained by Nick, Mollie or Skye, knowing there is consistency throughout. I’m not surprised to learn that so many of their clients are very long-standing. Highly recommended.

Nick and Ginny are fabulous trainers and class instructors. A really personal experience with every session or programme being made specifically for you. Highly recommend if you want to work out in a comfortable, cosy environment with supportive and friendly trainers and fellow gym-goers.
