Great Little Store. Plenty to choose from, and the Staff from The Manger to the Advisors are really helpful when needing general advice or just a chat. No pushy sales tactics. The store sells itself along with great advice makes it an excellent store to visit.

The guys and girls were fantastic on both occasions I went in there. Value for money, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. People seem to forget about Millets and go to the newer brands, but they have for many years been providing top of the range equipment and the same, and even lower than some other branded outdoor stores. Will use them much more in the future.

Exceptional service from John the manager and his helpful assistant.Not only did they deal with a return professionally, the informed knowledge of the equipment I was looking to purchase as well as the suitability for what I was after, was second to none. My best experience of an outdoor shop (of which there are many!) in Betws-y-Coed. Highly recommended. P.s. also the place is a Tardis - huge floorspace and lots of good stock!

Millets is now a much better class of outdoor store than it used to be. No longer Peter Storm cheap and cheerful kit, but good kit at readonable prices. Always worth a look these days.

Visit here rather than Cotswold Outdoors if you want to save some money but have access to most of the same Rucksacks and Coats. Bought 2 Low Alpine Day-sacks for £49 each when the same were £75 50yrds away in Cotswold.

Will never shop at the Betws y coed brach again!!!! Witnessed a female member of staff being extremely rude to customers as she could clearly not control the capacity in the store.

I'm sure this will be blamed on the pandemic, but this is not an excuse for disgusting customer service.

Great service, nothing is too much trouble for John and his staff and a very good selection of clothing and equipment, even travel bowls for the dogs!
