Chris is brilliant! The massage is done over clothing and in a specially designed chair. He makes you feel completely at ease. I have known Chris for many years, having used his extensive massage skills back in the mid to late 90s, when I was heavily into powerlifting and playing rugby, and so 'breaking' myself on a regular basis! Back then, Chris used deep tissue massage to relieve my sore and tired muscles and get me back into action. However, I moved away from the area and lost touch for a significant number of years, much to the detriment of my overworked muscles.
Fast forward 20+ years, I found myself living in the same area as Chris again and re-established the connection; much to my delight, Chris had started up his massage business again and once more I (and my wife) became regular customers. Although my body, now in its 50s, no longer takes the damage from rugby, I find the remedial treatment of Chris' massage therapy helps in so many different ways.
I cannot recommend Chris highly enough; massage is a treatment everybody should seek, even if only occasionally, and Chris is an expert in delivering the best in recovery and relaxation for head, neck, shoulders, arms, back and legs, through partial or full body massage.
