Not in fact great. I experienced this as disorganised, high turnover of staff and ultimately unhelpful. Stupid things like not sending over award certificates at the end of term, moving class times about regularly. Gave up when son got to the gold classes as there were too many children in the class and no one knew what was going on. Staff were very friendly and it was a nice way to learn but ultimately was unable to use.
