I had four coaching sessions with Sarah. My main goals for the coaching sessions were to improve my confidence and reduce anxiety in the workplace and without a doubt I can say I have achieved this after just four sessions. Sarah asked me questions to allow me to see other perspectives as well as practical solutions which I wouldn’t have been able to implement myself, and then we reviewed outcomes at the following session. The techniques and even the subtle changes I made to my day-to-day work and communication style have made a massive improvement to my role and I would highly recommend working with Sarah.
