Great school, I’m in the school of Applied Science and so far all my professors have been amazing. Open to new feedback on how to improve (lectures and seminars etc) each lecture has uploaded slides and a video, the Lsbu library on Southwark campus is amazing. All the staff I’ve met have been so friendly, informative and patient. 10/10 overall. Best academic decision of my life.

This is one of the best university in the uk. It is located at the heart of london. This university offers different courses (Engineering, Business, Law etc) for the students.Some Uk's most attraction places like london bridge, the London eye, and Bigbang Clock not far away from this university. This university also connected with various modes of transport like tube(only 2 mins walk away from Elephant and castle, and 13 mins walk away from Southwark station) and bus(mostly available)facilities. So you can come and explore to learn more about this university.

There should be negative review, because I don't want give them one star. I am extremely disappointed with this university. I requested a refund of my fees from last 4 months and their response has been nothing short of frustrating and very unprofessional. Communication is non-existent; they ignore emails and calls, leaving me in the dark. This level of service is unacceptable, and it feels like they only care about money, not the students. I would not recommend this university to anyone. Save your time, money, and sanity by going elsewhere. Although their refund policy state 21 days refund which is all crap.

Worst uni ever. Do not come here as an international student. ?

Everything takes ages to reply. They nearly send me back home cause of the delay application. Email takes a week to respond (when they reply back always at 4PM so even though you reply back immediately, it takes another day for them to read and a week to answer). The help desk hang up my phone twice. No help at all

Luckily, there a uni still accepted me. Now i am asking for a refund. I been a month, they said my id number is wrong, resubmitted it, been 2 weeks so far no reply.

I had a very stressful experience in this institution there is no support at all , a chaos and bad organisational management , unclear lessons , time table not arranged properly, attendance check in not working , very critical and controlling also manipulative staff leaders of the nursing course we are having lectures kept like sardines thousands of students no space no move at all no fresh inside cannot even breathe properly this is not a modern institution at all as no microphone working therefore we cannot hear the lecturer while speaking , etc much more if you really want to study please check first this institution have a taster and see or just avoid this place if you want to have peaceful learning time and to enjoy to grow and to develop yourself then run from this place just waste of money and waste of precious life time .

I have applied to LSBU in august and got my offer letter for January intake 2025 . Despite providing all my information and paying deposit on 11/09/24 which was delivered to LSBU on 20/10/24 due to some banking error . They refused to issue me with CAS on 23 October 2024 based immigration history regarding refusal from another country. The refusal letter was provided to them before issuance of unconditional offer letter. I subsequently applied for refund on same day i-e 23 October 2024. As per university Policy the refund would be processed within 21 days but till now 1st January 2025 I nor received my refund neither any positive response from university regarding process of my refund. I would suggest public to not opt for such a mis managed and ill reputed institute.
