My 12-year-old son attended two camps at a Robotics school in London, and he really enjoyed them—he even asked for more! My son absolutely loves London Robotics School! He's done 3 camps there and always comes home over the moon with what he's done and proudly showing his creation to us. Fantastic teaching and it's just brilliant that they spend the time learning how to make something and then bring it home with them. Plus the teachers always make sure they know how to operate it and fix it after they take it home. I can't recommend it highly enough! My son isn't even normally into robotics at all and has such a good and educational time there.

My son attended a Summer camp last month and loved it. He has already asked me to sign him up for the term-time lessons too.

My son really loves the camps from London Robotics School. So far he attended two camps, which he found very interesting. When he came home from the camp, he was super enthusiastic about what they did at the camp. After visiting the first camp he was looking forward for the second one. It's nice that after the camp kids bring home working model of robot, a program which they created and a presentation. There is a possibility to adjust the robot at home as well. The teaching is great, so that even a 7 year old boy with the help of a teacher can build quite complicated robot model and gain understanding about the whole process. We are looking forward to attending more camps!

London Robotics in the Richmond location is fantastic.
The instructors customize the projects so that there is a goal to create a robot or changing light, etc and to understand all aspects from designing ones robot to writing the code and making all parts work (different colored lights, motorized movement, etc).
My twin 10 yr old boys absolutely loved the half-day camp where they made a multicolored moon-lamp and they also liked that they got to keep the project when finished.
They liked it so much they wanted to continue to the weekly term club and have been enjoying that as well.
As a parent, I appreciated the entire cycle my children went through from idea to finished product. It’s not just understanding how coding works but also using fine motor skills to build something. It has also been inspirational and empowering for my boys.
