Completing the Mental Health First Aider training was truly transformative. Our instructors, Annie and Tayla, were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly supportive and compassionate. They created a safe space for learning, encouraging open discussions, and equipping us with practical tools for mental health support.I was deeply impressed by their dedication to reducing stigma and promoting mental wellness.

If you're considering this qualification, I highly recommend reaching out to Annie and Tayla for further information. They are exceptional educators who genuinely care about empowering others in mental health advocacy.

A huge thank you to Sarah and Annie who ran a HR / people workshop for our Partners and Associates on their Pathway to Partnership journey.
Sarah devised a bespoke package that was exceptionally engaging, literally kept everyone on their toes all day! We all learnt about ourselves, working with others, our employee branding, our values, and finished it all off with having a courageous conversation, We achieved so much in one day and we all certainly slept well that night. i can absolutely 100% recommend Sarah and her team.

I attended the ‘GDPR Making it Happen’ workshop back in April as someone with very little knowledge of the topic.

Sarah and her team were very welcoming. The class had a relaxed atmosphere while really getting to the point. Sarah was very informative, with answers to almost all of our questions. If anything was raised with uncertainty of the answers, notes were made and answers were delivered to us after the course. The course also included follow up support, which was really handy for any further questions.

During the workshop there was a good mix of handy, informative PowerPoint slides and tasks for us to work through. This ensured we really were taking in all of the information presented to us.

The content was clear and easy to digest, even with a tricky subject such as GDPR.

A benefit of the course was that it was limited to a small group, so there was plenty of opportunity to ask questions and go through things with Sarah.

I would recommend the LoatesTraining courses to anyone looking to become more informed in areas of their businesses, whether you are a business owner or a member of staff like myself.

The team also presented us with a light breakfast, with tea and coffee throughout the day- bonus!

Our first experience of training with Loates HR involved GDPR and the complexities of it. We found it informative, easy to follow and set in comfortable surroundings.
This followed the same format. As I am disabled, I received the added and rarely seen bonus of an accessible venue and a parking space close to the venue doors allocated - along with a member of staff ensuring that this was ok for me. These things go a long way as a disabled professional.
All speakers were informative, the 20 minutes each just right with time for Q&A at the end. Certainly food for thought around Wills and Power of Attorney and most appropriate at the moment for the 'who is on your bus' .
I look forward to attending further appropriate training events and thank Sarah and her team for the promotion and donation to me&dee.

Having done the course remotely with 13 other people, I have been incredibly impressed by the level of learning and care shown by Amanda and the training team. The workbooks were daunting at first but were very easy to use and the two live sessions were informative, constructive and absorbing.
