Link My Books is a great piece of software that has helped simplify my Amazon seller tax and VAT returns. The legend, Donna at LinkMyBooks, has helped me set it all up after I requested an online meeting for some assistance, and now everything works seemlessly.
If you have an e-commerce store, especially Amazon which can be complex to deal with, get this software and get Donna to help you out if you’re stuck.

Within 1 hour of my review and email, i received a phone call from the CEO who personally resolved the issue within 2 hours with no input from myself. Its sad to see that a CEO had to get involved to resolve it, but im just glad that it was addressed and resolved in a professional manner.

When there is an issue the Customer Service/ is very poor and none existent, takes forever to get back to you via online chat or even email. Yes the software saves you time but the after sales service is the poorest of any company i deal with for software support.

Recent Issue with ebay settlements being wrongly charged VAT for EU sales was their fault and I am having to sort this out via email back and forth even though its their fault. So i have Paid more VAT then i should have. There should be someone calling me personally and taking me through how to sort this out. Its not my Accountant jobs as its not their fault. WHY AM I EMAILING BACK AND FORTH? to sort this out I have to run my business not sort accounting issue out thats their fault in the 1st place.
