Rod was fantastic when teaching us about baby first aid. He made sure each parent fully understood and knew what to do. He was very happy to answer questions we had and really took his time making sure all the information was delivered, using dummy babies for us to practice on. Having practiced how hard to tap, or breathing techniques in CPR, has made me feel confident I can act quickly, about I need to in an emergency. Thanks Rob for your help and time, it was invaluable

I attended the 2 day paediatric open course that is new to Lightning training one part of the training is online and the other part is a course via a Trainer, using all the training resources available and a very detailed training course with the most lovely Trainer. Rod was a joy to learn from so patient , so caring and really helped me feel at ease and I get anxiety so he helped me feel calm and relaxed in my course , it covered all areas I needed for my nursery work and I can also go out now in public and work with the full refreshed knowledge and understanding of up to date training , I recommend this Course and Company to all, especially the open courses as they are held on days which work round us being colleagues or parents in settings or days where weekdays are hard to attend a course, I attended a Saturday course and it was so much easier for me, in yeovil a the Masonic Hall so very easy to get to by bus or walk, or car. Once again Rod is the star ? of Trainers in fact hand on my heart the best I’ve come across and I’ve worked in care and childcare for 25 years. Thankyou Rod and Lightning training solutions ltd I’ll be definitely using you in the future and telling all my friends and family to use you.

Rod, Jo and their team are brilliant. They put on a course specifically for us as we were struggling to find anyone else in the area that would offer the + Forestry qualification. They are an amazing company and will be putting more members of our staff through with them when we need to.

Recently completed the 3 Day First Aid at Work course via the Blended route - first two days delivered via an online portal and the final practical session delivered by Rod at our premises. This offered me the flexibility to complete the course without three full days out of the office in one go, which makes a huge difference to our small company. Rod's knowledge and experience was clear to see and he made it an enjoyable session. The online portal was simple to navigate and clear to understand. The course offered excellent value for money overall. We will return to Lightning for all our future First Aid training requirements.
