I love being a learner with Lifetime! My coach (Sara)is one of kind! She's calm, patient, bubbly and does everything in her power to support all her learners, as well as give the best possible advice. I cannot recommend her enough for anyone doing an Early Years course!

Enrolled onto the PT course in April 2020 paid nearly £3000 for the course and it has come to light it wasn't a full certificate only credits as it wasn't completed and will have to pay again to do the course elswwhere as lifetime no longer do this course. Yes I'm annoyed about this as I started this in the April by December was told the course was finishing and they were no longer doing it and had to finish it. I was under the impression I had completed this. What a waste of money!

Probably one of the worst apprenticeship providers out there.

Made me restart my apprenticeship after a year and a half because the personal tutor they appointed left. Despite getting an assessor to review my material and pass it the new personal tutor demanded I restart as it was easier for them. After expressing concerns about lost progress they went behind my back and spoke to my employer to convince them to agree to the restart in an environment where I couldn't raise my concerns.

The new tutor the provided (Ken) was incredibly rude and uncooperative. He spent more time talking about himself than my work.

The tutors and teachers don't communicate with each other. My teacher had no idea what criteria we were exposed to outside of lesson. A lot the the teachers are has-beens (Most of them haven't worked in IT in a long time). Having to explain things in layman terms to someone who's meant to be educating you is backwards.

They wouldn't let me submit my last assessment, asking me to rewrite it several times to the point I refused and demanded they submit it regardless. When they did it passed, making me wonder how many more times they would've asked me to change it before letting me submit.

They also lie to your employer, they tell you the course can be done remotely then 6 months to a year in they were saying I would struggle to pass the course without any on site work.

God help you if you choose this apprenticeship provider. I had a friend who had the same experience with them, having been made to restart 6 months in for different reasons.

Lifetime is an amazing learning opportunity. The whole apprenticeship online and allocation of coaches is very well supported and delivered to meet all individual needs. Would highly recommend.

I applied and the next day emma brooks called me up and told me every detail about the production chef level 2 apprenticeship very clear and understandable and I got an interview for the apprenticeship the very next day, she was very kind and helpful and listens to my concerns or past problems and helped so much and understood and supportive of me in the part of my life trying to find something to learn and to progress in, I advise people to come and apply!
