Cat was incredible during my return back to exercise after having my baby. I did 3 months with cat via the app. Cat fully understood my needs and scaled everything back for me. Her knowledge about postpartum is amazing and I would highly recommend anyone who is on their fitness journey or post partum journey to join. I’d also like to say a big thank you to Katie who supported me alongside cat during my journey. Both girls are amazing and are so passionate about their members journeys. Thank you to you both. My husband and I were expecting our first child when we approached LifePlus Training UK. As first time parents we wanted to be refreshed on infant first aid and the warning signs to look out for. Katie and Cat hosted a super warm and friendly, informative session. Tea and coffee on arrival too! The session was really informative and interactive and I would highly recommend. Amazing training from the girls at Lifeplus! I was really nervous to start weaning my baby knowing the risk of choking. After the group training session, I felt a sense of ease and relaxed knowing I had been educated on how to deal with emergency situations.
