I have had a very positive experience with the student support services and the university as a whole. From the outset, I have been treated exceptionally well, and every interaction has been marked by professionalism and efficiency. The student support team responds swiftly to my inquiries, always providing helpful and friendly assistance. Whether I required academic advice, assistance with administrative matters, or general guidance, the team has consistently been there to offer support.

The university itself fosters an environment that encourages both learning and personal growth. The staff are approachable and welcoming, which has contributed to a strong sense of community. The services are well-structured, ensuring that any concerns or issues are addressed promptly and smoothly.

I feel fortunate to be part of a university that truly prioritises student welfare and success, maintaining a high standard of professionalism while remaining personable and accessible. I highly recommend this institution.

The HE support team has been incredibly helpful. They are always kind, patient, and understanding. As an international student, it can be challenging to navigate certain processes, but they guided me through everything, including my e-visa and even a phone issue. Their assistance made these tasks much less stressful, and I truly appreciate their dedication and support.

In my first year of the online Computer Science program at LIBF, I've been impressed by the quality of education and flexibility. The course is well-structured, balancing theory with practical application, making it easy to connect lessons to real-world scenarios. I’ve also managed to balance my studies with a part-time job, and it’s been a great start to university

The application process was really good (and dare I say easy?!) I’ve felt informed and supported at all aspects. The induction is in depth and has given me a really good understanding of how things will work going forward. It’s early days but everyone I’ve met so far has been very friendly and welcoming, any question I’ve had has been answered quickly. I feel like no question is too silly! I think I’m going to enjoy my time here, and it’s got me excited for what’s to come!

People need to know they have a policy where they kick you out if you fail 2 times One of the most stressful aspects is the exam policy. If you fail an exam, you only get one more attempt. If you fail that second attempt, they kick you out of the program, and you cannot continue your studies. This policy is not well communicated, and I didn’t know about it until after I enrolled. This has placed an immense amount of stress and fear on me, particularly because of the high stakes involved. If this happens in your second or third year, the amount of money and time wasted can be substantial.

So far, I’ve completed three exams, and while I can’t speak for all of them, they’ve been extremely difficult. The exams seem to focus on minor details, making it easy to trip up even if you’ve studied hard. I find this quite frustrating, and it increases the likelihood of failing, which means the chances of being kicked out feel quite high.

In addition, while they provide recorded videos, the quality is quite poor, and they aren’t that helpful. Most of the learning still has to come from the textbook, so don’t expect the videos to significantly enhance your understanding.

While I am learning a lot, I have to say that if I had known all these factors before enrolling, I would never have chosen this university. I’m writing this review because I think it’s important for others to be aware of these issues before making such a big commitment.

I'm an MBA student at LIBF and I'm really enjoying this time, even with all the challenges of doing it online. I have been supported by LIBF with study coaching and every time I need something, I can get in contact and they will be always kind and helpful.

My son attended the LIBF for 3 years being this year his final year on completion of his final exam he failed by 5 marks he then resat the exam and failed by 4 marks he has emailed LIBF on various occasions asking if there are any options available.
He has not heard anything back after the last email he sent on 18th September.
As a parent I cant believe he has been treated in this way he,s completed 3 Years of studying for nothing and because he failed his last exam by 4 marks they have just washed there hands with him and basically said get on with it without any care towards his future.
The LIBF aftercare towards their students is appalling and would recommend choosing another University.

I have enrolled for CITF and CDCS so far. The course content is rich with excellent and simple explanation of subjects. I loved reading through every bit of it!
