Libby Spong Personal Training

Went to see Libby after having shoulder pain which had stopped me from being able to bench press. Libby took the time to go through in detail and assess my posture/mechanics. She was able to highlight some issues that I wasn’t aware of that could be causing the pain. We spent a lot of time going through various exercises, making sure I understood everything and the areas it should be targeting. Libby provided me with an online list of exercises and happy to say after a week I started to notice an improvement and now just a month in I have no pain at all. Without her expertise I wouldn’t have known about these exercises and would still be lifting in pain. Will be booking in again to ensure everything keeps improving. Thanks for your help!
