I was made redundant after 19 years at my previous place of work, so I was a pretty hopeless case, having not had an interview/applied for a job for such a long time. The overall feeling I got from everyone I spoke to at Learning People was really supportive and caring. Jess, who helped me get through all of my exams was great, Sam checked in with me several times, which was lovely but especially Sophi, who helped me prep for my successful interview - her help, especially to me, because of my lack of experience - was absolutely invaluable and I'll be forever grateful.

I'm still in the early stages of my learning, but so far I haven't been disappointed. The career consultant and student care representatives I've been assigned have been very helpful and informative about what to expect with my course and learning. As for the actual course so far, Fullstack Developer, it offers actual practical lessons instead of just filling your head with knowledge and expecting you to absorb it like some kind of meat sponge. Another good point is the student finance has allowed me to pay monthly instead of one big lump sum.

I had a fantastic experience during my time with the learning people. They let me get on with it whilst letting me know that they were there for my support. I also liked how quickly Katie responded to me when it was time to book my exams. I did have trouble booking one of my exams but after contacting the learning people, Katie contacted BCS on my behalf and got it sorted for me very quickly.

Scam!
There "student support line" hangs up on you when you try to call but sales answers straight away.
They revoked my access to the course early and said I couldn't have the exam voucher I have already paid for as I didn't pass their mock test (that I didn't even know about till the last week or so). I went to reattempt the test so I could get the pass mark and get my exam but they had blocked my access and now won't call me back or answer emails. Disgraceful company. Do not trust. There are many better training services out there.

awful support from the career team no help to get you through exams...old system to work with in terms of mock test. The practice runs are nothing like the real exams. waste of money love seeing it leave my account every month knowing they truly couldnt care if i pass as long as they get paid...AVOID
