I strongly advise against enrolling at this college. The course I signed up for was misleading, and when I tried to cancel, I was told the 14-day cooling-off period had passed. It feels like their primary focus is on taking your money rather than providing a quality education or support.

They seem more interested in trapping students into paying than offering fair service. Do your research before enrolling.

Horrific company to do a course with. Have been waiting for a refund for 4 months. They happily take your money, and then when they can't fulfil what they have promised hold your money hostage. It is corporate theft. Do not advise taking a course with them.

Genuinely the worst company I've ever dealt with. They clearly outsource their customer service team but it is atrocious. They barely speak English, are so rude and unwilling to help. They get everything wrong and have no understanding.

I've been enrolled on to a few different courses and they are absolutely terrible, multiple spelling mistakes. And when you submit work it gets marked on the very last day of their advertised window. Please don't get roped in with discounts etc, they are a disgusting company. It's cheap for a reason.

Fraud company. The miss sell courses and after you complete the payment they will give excuses with documentation. I paid full fees and now I can’t do course or get refund.

I was given incorrect information when purchasing a course (which learndirect have admitted) and am struggling to get customer services to address this and other issues.

Update: I eventually obtained the refund I was entitled to from learndirect but it was unnecessarily difficult and included me having to push to get them to refund me what I had paid for a service they were no longer providing (mis sold in the first place as acknowledged by leaendirect) as they wanted to just refund me what it cost them which was significantly less! I also only ever really made progress when I copied the CEO in on emails which should not be needed for such simple customer service matters to be resolved. In terms of the actual product (learning material) it was not great for my 15 year old daughter. I would not recommend this company at all.

Customer service is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. When you call them they take ages to answer and also the customer representatives on live chat is unhelpful especially when you try and make contact with them on Saturday. Don't bother joining, all you will get is poor customer service
