A really great and easy to use software, makes following up on leads so much easier and gives you fantastic oversight on your website. Jordan has provided excellent training from the start and has explained everything really well. He has also provided valuable sales tips and advice that will definitely turn into sales. I would recommend this software to any B2B company!

Very interesting piece of software and talking to their sales rep Connor was fun. I really like that value based approach and at the same time trying to close the deal while still accepting a "not at the moment"

Though we decided not to close the deal for the time being, thx for sharing theses insights on our website with us and discuss about what we might be missing.

I ignored the reviews here and went ahead with a 12 month contract and rue my decision - especially given the amount of feedback many small business owners like me had taken the time to share. The main issues are very aggressive selling and a 12 month contract. The software does work, nice user interface and support is very good but in my estimation it is worth about 15%-20% of the price charged, unless you have a super-motivated telesales team of your own to jump on every lead. The results it produces are interesting and can be very useful, but unless you love cold-calling it is hard to get a return at these prices. If only they reduced their price, got less pushy and trusted their product by not tying customers into an annual contract. Pity.

Keep getting calls from "Raz" he has been told umpteen times we are not interested & is very rude, perhaps you need to look at your sales staff & their training or lack of, that they are given when dealing with potential customers.

There is no way on earth I would deal with a company that employ sales tactics such as yours.

The best thing we did was integrate Lead Forensics with our Database system for a quick and easy way for us to generate our leads for our sales team to follow up in real time! It has been great to see the insight of our website traffic and input that information into our system so we can see everything in one place.
