I 'virtually' attended a training seminar that Lara gave as part of the North East Expo online business event yesterday - she gave an excellent talk showing her tips for keeping on top of a busy email inbox using different techniques in Microsoft Outlook. She's a great presenter, really friendly and was able to deal quickly and efficiently with real-time questions from the attendees in the Zoom event.

Lara gave me the hints and tips as well as technical knowledge of getting me up and running in delivering online training using Microsoft Teams in a clear and concise way. I am now back in business - many thanks for your support Lara and best wishes.

Lara really knows what she is talking about in regards to the Microsoft Package. I called her a query, having attended a couple of her courses a couple of years ago, and she was so helpful with useful tips and pointers. Highly recommended.
