Absolutely amazing. Fit me in when they was fully booked and very busy. Was back on the road with a new tyre within 2 hours! It doesn’t get better than that. I had a puncture and it was late afternoon (16:30). Their customer service was top notch and took my car in, changed two tires, and I was back on the road in an hr. What makes me give them 5 stars is their empathy towards customers. They kept saying that they need to help me and get me back on the road instead of keeping the car there to the next day, especially that it was nearing 6pm when they close for the day.
It’s rare these days to receive such great customer service. Well done!

I visited Kwik Fit today and had a wonderful experience with their service. The staff were incredibly friendly, particularly Saifuz (I hope I’ve spelled his name correctly). I encountered some issues with my engine oil, and Saifuz was more than willing to assist me by filling it up. As a novice when it comes to cars, I felt quite clueless and lost, but he was exceptionally helpful and patient throughout the process. The service was quick and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free. Thank you once again for the excellent service! :o)
