I have been dealing with KIT York since 2021 and they have been very helpful with even the smallest tasks (replacing a single key on a laptop keyboard) to saving me several hundred points on a repair to an Apple laptop.

I have decades of experience working in computers but they are first choice for anything to do with hardware as they really know their stuff.

I initially called here a few years ago with a notebook which had been tampered withby a distant relative it was repaired and still acts as a. Backup. When our main laptop expired due to living in a kitchen plus a cat attempting to send coded messages a replacement refurbished from here is an exceptional good device.Honest helpful service from very approachable team. I would not hesitate to recommend for any genuine need.

I went in to get my MacBook screen replaced. It was done very quickly and for a much lower price (more than half) than I was quoted at another shop in the city. Not to mention, the customer service was brilliant!

I kindly request all customers to be vigilant when buying products from this repair shop. Once a product is purchased from them, there is no refund or return policy. Additionally, the products are sold at a much higher price compared to other repair shops. Therefore, I do not recommend buying IT products from this shop, as they do not offer a return or refund policy if the product is not compatible with your computer. They will not accept the return once the product is opened. I have not seen a shop like this in York. Please, all customers, avoid buying any products from this repair shop.

The team at KIT York are outstanding. Their customer service is second to none. I’ve used them for repairs to my work Apple computers. They ran through options, explained timescales and delivered beyond what I was expecting.

They are really friendly people and I enjoyed the regular updates on my devices.
