I would advise parents to avoid this place unless they absolutly have to use it. Consider somewhere else for instance stourbridge hereford wolvèrhampton.
Bullying not only comes from students but also staff, who will sit and watch and even join in. Do not send your child into this toxic centre especially if they have SEN. The inordinate amount of ambulance and police that attend is unbelieveable. At this point i am just helping our daughter get through the last couple of weeks. But she has worked so hard to get her qualification, she has to push through. Her treatment there by the staff of different depts and the fact her treatment has been ignored means her mental health is in tatters.
They say anything to get your child in there. But they have not had enough staff for two years. Substitutes have no inerest or idea and students are left sitting doing colouring rather than lesson plans. Students have no one to go to for encouragement. And if they try are belittled. Avoid for the sake of mental health

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

My son signed up to a three-year sport activity course and after two years the college decided to cancel the final year due to the lack of continued students. This left my son with one year second part of the accreditation wasted and worth nothing.

The college decided as a way of resolving the problem they would offer the remaining students another course which would sit alongside the first part which had been completed in the first year. They sat the students down in the library and told them they would not have to pass any qualifying assessments or qualify for suitability. Instead as way of amends they would just qualify by default, this course lasted two further years, which meant my son would have done four years at college instead of the original 3 years.

With the above in mind my son went onto the replacement course and after one year in, he turned 18. (YOU KNOW WHATS COMING) yes, the college requested thousands of pounds from the bill payer which they put down to my son who was a fulltime student. If you don’t pay for the last year you will not be able to complete the course and payment must be made prior to commencement of the year.

I paid the thousands of pounds and my son finished the course and achieved his accreditation. However, due to the college cancelling the original course of three years, by offering my son a free pass and a further two years at college they placed him into a financial position that cost thousands.

I have tried to contact the private company that run the college without ANY return communications from them just a big fat 0.

I am now having to take legal action to try and recover my money or even some as I feel this cost was down to the college action to cancel the course. I will be serving the court papers within the next few days so watch this space and I will keep you posted.

My daughter started college in September - we was very upfront and told them our daughter suffered from a lot of mental health disorders and from the start they told us the can’t and don’ts the college do and can provide. This wasn’t a problem as my daughter has CAMHS every week sometimes twice a week. Right after September my daughter was the problem in KCs eyes her leaving the class was a problem when needed. They have now just kicked her out due to her mental health disorders. I am currently in the process with CAMHS, SENCO, and EHCP providers to get her back in. Beware of this college! - They don’t expect us to fight back! But a law suite is coming your way from all off the contacts I have made and myself. AS WHAT YOU DID IS DISCRIMINATION!

I had reflexology at the college last week in the health & beauty department. The ambience was good & relaxing. The lady who did the treatment was friendly, so put me at ease, she told me of some hidden ailments that I need to work on to be more healthy. The prices are much lower than elsewhere. I recommend this service & hope they keep it going, as there are doubts about the future of these complimentary therapies.

I applied for a wet spray course in 2017 the course did not require any prior qualifications. I had attended kidderminster college years before as a media student. There was a teacher there who always seemed to dislike me but did NOT know me or anything about me. She to my suprise was still there when I applied for this wet spray course in 2017. According to her I had to attend a 2 year English course whilst I did the wet spray course despite the course not requiring any qualifications. I was the only one who was asked to do this, I was also the only one who was a different colour. I know for a FACT she had something against me racially. Her attitude was blunt and rude I will never go back to kiddy college I wish I could remember her name. I will try to find out so that everyone knows who she is. She is horrible and disgusting.
