Amazing team , customer service is one in a million. They care about sending out good quality products to everyone and there's not a nail tool I'd buy anywhere else! The master classes are totally worth it too , very informative 😃. I love the mystery boxes, a great try before you buy for the products themselves x

So glad I found this company iv bought all my e-file add on bits from them, and also bought a few online courses.

The products I have received always come in lovely packaging and presented well.

The hand tools are fantastic quality makes my prep work so much easier the cuticle scissors are a game changer strongly recommend.

The e-file add on bits are fantastic just ordered the full range to carry out pedicures I'm so impressed I'm actually enjoying carrying out pedicures now as the tools make it effortless and enjoyable to do.

The online classes are really good I qualified last September nail technician level 3 but I still wasn't 100% satisfied with my shaping I did a online course and learnt so much my shaping is spot on now, iv booked a few more courses, the instructor talks throughout the online videos whilst carrying out the work I find it hard to take in information but the way the video was made it was easy and understandable to take in for me.

Long feed back but wanted to share my experience this company really deserves long posts with positive feedback.

This is my first ever purchase from Katie Barnes, The safety bit in medium is 100% better than any I’ve used before. It works a dream just glides through the product like butter. I’ve now ordered it in course and can’t wait to try it when it arrives. Will definitely use these from now on and would love to buy and try the cuticle bits. ❤️

As a busy nail tech, protecting myself is so important & the Katie Barnes gloves are the best! I have them on subscription so they just come out to me automatically, one less thing to think about. I won’t go anywhere else for my gloves as there really is no comparison, anything else just feels thin & flimsy and doesn’t give the same level of protection as Katie’s gloves. On top of that, the customer service is fab, with Katie herself dealing with any queries you may have. Great products AND great service.

I'm an experienced nail technician/tgerapist and I've always been a little sceptical about higher priced tools (thinking experience and skill will suffice)
Silly me! I ordered the KB tool kit and my goodness they are fantastic. I'm very happy to be proved vety wrong. These tools will make my job so much easier. I no longer dread cuticle work!
Excellent service from Pip at head office too.
I will most definitely be ordering more from this fabulous company.

2 orders went missing in the post. 10 days later they have still not arrived and tracking shows the post office have not scanned the items in. Customer service kept fobbing me off and telling me to wait. Still no items and they have a lot of my money. I now have to do a chargeback through my bank to get my money back. I will never shop here again and will use other far more reputable companies for drill bits

UPDATE: Company re-sent items out AFTER I had processed a chargeback with my bank, the 'missing' ones never turned up. I returned the re-sent package unopened with tracking. The company also confirmed they had received the package back. They then asked me to cancel the chargeback and they would refund me, as they didn't want to pay the chargeback fees. As they already had their goods back and I had my refund, my bank advised me not to cancel chargeback. Katie Barnes company have now tried to dispute the chargeback in an attempt to keep both the goods AND my money. Thankfully I have enough evidence to prove what has happened. BUYER BEWARE

Huge huge huge fan of these tools, I wouldn't be without the curved cuticle scissors, I highly recommend!
The efile bits are the best I've ever used, long lasting, and all my clients comment on how smooth they are.
I've used a few of the masterclasses and courses and they're informative, comprehensive and very easy to digest. Great for new technicians and those looking for CPD.
The customer service is second to none. No company engages and shows as much appreciation to its customers like they do.
Overall I recommend Katie Barnes Tool Range and Education to all nail techs, whether experienced or just starting out.

I love Katie Barnes tools. I bought the e-file with a full kit of bits. The efile is great and I’m very pleased w my choice. The customer service is amazing and it’s very supportive they always sort things out for me. The pedi kit is fantastic I can’t live without, the results are amazing and the cuticle scissors are my new fave tool. Love this brand
