I don’t usually leave reviews for companies, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Just IT. I completed a Level 3 Certificate in Social Media for E-Commerce course in September 2024. I dedicated four weeks to the course, ensuring I completed all the required tasks to achieve the certification.

Upon finishing the course, we were informed that we would receive our certificates within six weeks. However, after six weeks passed, I contacted the tutor via email, but he never responded. I tried calling several times, but his work number was unreachable.

I then reached out to the candidate engagement consultant, but she didn’t seem interested in helping. She told me that I needed to contact the tutor first, gather all the information from him, and then call her back🤦🏾‍♂️. I also sent an email to the inquiry/complaint, but I received no response. Whenever I try calling the inquiry number I got from their website, no one picks up.

Now, I feel forced to write this review, which is something I usually avoid. It’s January 3, 2025, and I still haven’t received my certificate. I genuinely wanted it as recognition for the time and effort I dedicated to completing the course instead of going on holiday. Now I rest my case.

The two stars are solely for the amazing work the tutor did during the course, he seemed knowledgeable.

First of shout out to my guy Jerome!!! Seriously I think it goes without saying that recruiters especially this one work their fingers to the bone!!

I can’t thank Jerome enough for helping me out so much especially last minute getting onto the course. He’s professional, helpful, answered all my questions, provided support and really just a helpful chap.

If anyone deserves credit/recognition it’s that guy and he alone carried the 5* ratings that I’m giving if more recruiters are like this man I think the world would be a great place.

Honestly, it means a lot to me when recruiters give it their all and especially for a high profile company it really goes to show.

Would recommend to family & friends and once again thank you Jerome and to a company that employs talented individuals that strive to work hard for people and do their absolute best.

IT skills Bootcamp, great learning, but wouldn't recommend unless you have at least a basic knowledge of computers and windows / hardware. you will be doing some quite advanced stuff but you are walked through and given enough knowledge to pass, the more you know the easier it will be. Great technical tutors (Ian and Josh) and job skills tutor Malique is fantastic and can really bring out the best in someone.

My experience at JustIT's Data Skills Bootcamp was excellent.
There really is no "barrier to entry" with the likes of technical trainers having done bootcamps themselves in the past and ended up in such great roles. To me that is a huge motivator that Skills Bootcamp really do help candidates, regards of skill and background to go far in a Tech career. It's all about realising potential and Just IT embodies that notion clearly!

Yusuf Satilmis, my data trainer whom completed a data skills bootcamp himself and proved that as long as you work hard, you can do anything. Always patient and explained terms very clearly. Provided many additional resources for me do more work away from the live sessions! (This part could be with infinite praise!)

Leigh Christodoulou, my career support coach. Always with immense passion and energy in the sessions helping me to make the most out of the sessions. Always a helping hand when needed!

I worked with Emma Wakeling as my coach for the last 1 and a half years and she has been excellent. She tailored my learning and provided the best learning experience she could. With well trained staff such as Emma, I can not do anything except wholly reccomend Just IT to anyone looking to complete and apprenticeship. I have had a great time!
