Jon and Leah are both excellent coaches. They are both very approachable and excellent motivators. Everyone who attends the classes are very friendly and welcoming, whatever your ability. There is an excellent choice of class times so I have never found a problem attending 3 classes a week. Every session is different and challenging. My advice would be give it a go.. you won’t look back !

I started 2 months ago, initially signing up to the 6 week foundation course, and within a week I was hooked! I'm now a member and despite the dark, wet and muddy mornings, I leave every single session with such a positive mindset!

I thought I would be intimidated by bigger groups but I was so wrong! Everybody is so friendly, welcoming and inclusive and genuinely want everyone to do their best! The comments of encouragement from complete strangers is truly humbling and exactly what you need to get you to the end of each session!

I'm 2 months in and 10kg lighter but truthfully, the mental gains far outweigh the weight loss. Breathing in fresh air whilst moving your body is truly AMAZING for the soul!

Jon & Leah are absolutely amazing!! Consistent, motivating and fun, no matter the weather - hero's!

Jon always says, "just get here, we will do the rest. Its our job to motivate." That's exactly what they do - and they're bloody great at it!

JC fitness is the best thing I’ve ever done to improve my strength and general fitness. There is such a positive and inclusive vibe among everyone at the sessions and this is modelled by Jon and Leah who will always take the time to support you if you’re struggling. Being outside whatever the weather is so good for your mental health. As we say at each session, it’s always better outside!
If you’re looking to improve your fitness and strength within a friendly outdoor community then this is the place for you. Cannot recommend it enough. 5 stars, A+, 100%. Jon and Leah you are legends!

A long overdue review - JC Full body fitness is hands down one of the best things I’ve ever done. It’s not just been great in terms of physical results but also provides a balance to our very busy lives that we didn’t realise we needed quite so much. Its led to overall much healthy lifestyles, better mental clarity and a routine that focuses on YOU.
As others have said Jon and Leah are phenomenal and are there for more detailed help if you want it or if not the usual class coaching. There’s also a weekly bodyweight class run by Heather which is great if you want a break from the weight training - don’t be fooled it’s still tough and a full workout!!!

We started with the 6 week foundation which quickly turned in to 6 months and are already into the second year of training. If you’re thinking about trying it, commit and go for it, you won’t regret it.

Amazing! I did a 6 week boot camp and now have joined as a full member after completing the 6 weeks, John and Leah are lovely people, great trainers and very knowledgeable. Everyone I have met along the way who have also participated have been lovely. There’s no attitudes or egos and a mixed ability of people. It’s very hard but very rewarding training. I’m feeling so much better mentally and physically since joining. Highly recommended

I have always been hesitant to join a fitness group, but this changed my perspective. I was welcomed from day one into a friendly supportive atmosphere. Everyone is encouraged to push their limits, but never any pressure. Just genuine encouragement from both instructors, Jon and Leah.
The use of kettlebells as a primary tool makes for a dynamic and challenging workout that targets strength, endurance and flexibility all at once. Each session is carefully structured to ensure a full body workout that leaves you feeling stronger and fitter with every class.
What I appreciate the most is how the classes cater for all fitness levels, whether you’re a beginner or advanced. The instructors are not only knowledgeable, but incredibly motivating.

I have just completed the 6 week induction course with Jon and Leah and have enjoyed every session. Exercising outside in the fresh air even if its raining is so invigorating. My fitness level and mental well being is so much better. Jon and Leah are amazing coaches and so supportive.
