The ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching course is excellent. I have enjoyed every aspect of it; from the live training sessions to the course work to the supervision sessions. You feel that you are looked after by the IGC team throughout and there's no such thing as a stupid question. The quality of the tutor coaches is excellent and the teaching element of the course is really interactive. We have formed a tight cohort of trainee coaches and are actively encouraged to work with each other both during and after the formal taught content. The fact that the course is 100% online means you can do it from anywhere in the world. I highly recommend this course.

I STRONGLY recommend doing coaching qualifications through In Good Company. I have just completed my Level 7 and I am so proud of all the hard work that has gone into it, but it wouldn't have been possible without the training and support from the whole organisation. Particularly Mirjam and Jo who lead our group excellently.

Not only do I have a qualification but I feel equipped to coach others as I have the practical know how and practise under my belt.

Can't wait to continue my CPD with further courses through IGC! Next up is the team and group coaching but I also want to do the emotions and neurodivergent. Plus I am sure I will want to do any other courses they decide to create....

Signing up for my coaching qualification with - In Good Company, was a great learning experience for me.
The online content and support I got was outstanding!

I found the learning portal easy to use, and this helped me fully understand what coaching is, and how to build my knowledge and confidence using various tools.

The virtual tutorial sessions with Zoe were great, answering any questions I had, enabling me to fully understand what was required, and giving useful feedback to support with my learning goals.

I’ve successfully developed a coaching style after qualifying and beginning to practice coaching.

I completed the ILM Level 7 with In Good Company. The quality of the course, resources, teaching, support was exceptional. Jo and Zoe have created something truly remarkable. If you are looking for a company with which to further your education as a Coach or Mentor then stop looking and sign up with In Good Company now. I found cheaper options in the market but I have zero regrets about committing to this course, you get so much value for your money. So much information that you can refer back to, expertise that is incomparable and a foundation for your practice I don't believe can be bettered. 110% would recommend.

I would highly recommend the Level 7 Coaching Programme. Excellent training materials and excellent facilitation of the sessions. I had high expectations and these were definitely met. I feel very well prepared for my coaching journey. I was supported from the moment I joined and I felt cheered on and encouraged all the way through. I love how smooth the accreditation process was and the fact that in less than a week from completing the qualification I was able to receive this.

A really great course - I even upgraded to the ILM7 in the end.
I started out reading Zoe and Jo's book and listening to their podcast until coming accross the course - I knew it was the right one for me!
Miriam and Jo my facilitators of the cohort were excellent and encouraged the group well. I did the 9 month long course which was one evening a week and that was just right to fit in with a job. I recommend to anyone wanting to start out their own coaching business to join their course.
