Amazing course! I did the two-day in-person Presentation Skills course, and Lesley and Sarah, our trainers, created such a safe space. It allowed me—and everyone else—to be vulnerable, which made it easier to really learn from each other and share our work life experiences. They made sure everyone felt heard, and the whole group became super supportive, egging each other on to build confidence. I left feeling so energized and even a bit emotional (in a good way). I’ll definitely take what I learned into work and life. Can’t recommend it enough if you need presentation tips or just a confidence glow-up!

Fantastic for business roles where forming client relationships is important. Instructor Katy Miller was an excellent trainer, giving us direct feedback on our communication style and how to improve.

I attended a personal impact course at Impact Factory over two days in person and it was fantastic. The course was brilliantly structured, the instructors (Bill and Leslie) were knowledgeable, friendly and experts at making everyone feel relaxed and bringing them out of their shell, and I learnt a lot from the course. I highly recommend Impact Factory for similar courses. And to top it off, the lunches in the BDC's cafe are great too!

Lovely time with Impact Factory trainers.
They are super nice, very playful and the course is made with lot of games to play with so you don't get bored.
The content is well tailored and you got room if you want to bring a specific subject to talk to.
I especially love the discussion with trainers/trainee and exchange our vision on management/leadership

Great experience learning about Storytelling for Business with Tom Bodell at the Impact Factory this week. In a small group, online, he gently introduced us to ways to make your story more impactful. The pace was easy to absorb and we covered all the essentials in a full day of participation. I had loads of opportunities to practice and Tom was also positive and encouraging. This experience has helped raise my confidence and consider what I really want to say. Most of all its about having fun with the materials and experimenting. I'm looking forward to trying it out at the first opportunity. We were given loads of suggestions on further reading and there was a handy link sent after attendance for me to follow up on. This course came recommended and I would also recommend to anyone who is bored with the usual ways of presenting and would just like to mix things up a bit. Tom is a great facilitator and does a fantastic job.
