This building is falling apart. I can't believe it's a new build. Problems with leaks, smells, ventilation, lifts. The fourth floor, in particular, feels so stuffy and gross, I would get a headache in summer. The lifts are a pain and make no sense.

Sometimes, there are organised events which are nice (e.g. puppies), so the staff do a lot to make this place more tolerable <3 Sadly, the issues I'm describing seem to be structural and can't magically be fixed :(

Bike owners - this area is targeted by thieves.

My bike, along with several others, was recently stolen. It's known to security staff that thieves target bikes here.

There is a secure bike store available.

As a fairly new part of Imperial College White City campus this seemingly deceptive quiet enclave of bio engineering and innovation is a quiet bystander amongst the giant columns of 'alumini' steel. The building actually houses a number of post grad and industrial science entrepreneurs who may start out with the barest of ideas to create a new product or a research programme taking on a hitherto unpopular and unchartered area of medicine or bio diversity but finishes on a crescendo of discovery, and a credible product to put on sale. There are labs on the lower floors and think tanks or think spaces on upper levels, divided into tiny cells with sliding glass doors where the bones of the project are translated from the drawing board to the production line and from there to the general public. We attended an open evening here to hear about what's been happening so far and how the general direction of the new Hackspace will allow residents the valuable chance to use some of the college's facilities after main lectures or work in collaboration with one of the undergraduates.

Absolute sh**hole. The place is badly built. Do not rent a space here. The building has massive issues. Taking your life in your hands even walking in.
