Just completed my 2 day refresher. I absolutely enjoyed both days, Anne is such an amazing tutor, and such an amazing and interesting person. The way Anne delivers the course is so unique and made me feel so invested in what was being said. I was leaning forward and listening
Just the inclusion of real life scenarios, real people and her wit just made it so different.
I’ve always dreaded refreshers, bad I know and worryingly so felt it a tick box exercise. After this one, it has really renewed and given me food for thought, but also made me feel so much more confident and not overthink things learned before. Thank you Anne!

Hyfforddwraig gwych a chynnwys rhagorol! Anne is a fantastic trainer and our 1 day emergency first aid course was brilliant from the theory to the practical elements. Anne broke everything and delivered the content really well. She is highly experienced and it was interesting to hear some case studies and share her top tips in first aid. I highly recommend this company.
