I spent years of trying different extreme weight loss programmes, joining gyms but rarely going and decided enough was enough so reached out to Hōm. From the first interaction, I felt excited about what my journey was about to look like and knew it’d be completely different to everything I’d tried before. The support from Jared, Nitin and Rochana is above anything I have experienced. They truly care about you and your goals and manage to make the whole experience completely tailored to you - even in the group workouts it feels individual. The community created is everything. I have lifted weights heavier than I would have ever imagined and enjoyed it throughout. I feel like an enhanced version of myself thanks to Hōm - not just physically but my self confidence and overall knowledge of the gym/food is greatly improved. I cannot recommend them more! If you’re looking to drop the quick fixes and extremes, join a community that is massively supportive/uplifting, actually look forward to working out and thoroughly enjoy making lifelong positive changes to yourself, Hōm is the place to go!

Before I joined Hom I felt a shell of myself and totally lost after surgery. Jared took me under his wing, gave me the encouragement I needed and the guidance of where to start. The group classes are great fun and you still get great 1 on 1 feedback from either Jared or Nitin throughout the sessions on form or how to improve. They truly care about you and go above and beyond with a lot of consistent communication and not only supporting you in the gym, food & calories etc, but in your personal life too. Jared has great empathy and really understands what you’re going through, making him a stand out coach from tons of other PT’s. He’s always making you think about mindset, and how you can genuinely evolve as a human being. I feel physically and mentally stronger off the back of training with them with zero regrets, and I still have their support and open arms with my journey of now going solo. If you’re considering joining Hom you won’t regret it, it really is like a little family and I’m sad to be going my own way!

16 months ago, I walked into a gym with no previous experience of lifting anything!

My motivation was to get fitter/stronger and have fun along the way.
I signed up with Nitin and Jared and achieved both.

And some.?

The classes are great fun - the other people in them are of all ages, abilities and experiences - and you are made to feel really welcome every time you go along.
I was put at my ease straight away and any “gym anxiety” quickly disappeared.

What really sets Nitin and Jared apart for me is their willingness to listen and adapt to the individual needs of those in the class - forearm tendinitis? “No worries - we’ll adapt these exercises and tailor to you to help with rehab” - brilliant ?. They are always enthusiastic and challenging you to progress, at a pace that works for you.

If you want to get fitter/stronger, learn how to lift safely, confidently, and with good form (and have lots of fun along the way), then I recommend you sign up with Hôm and give it a go.

I first came in contact with Nitin back in January because I wanted to get back into the gym while supporting my lower back. It's been an amazing journey, and I would like to thank Nitin and Jared for making this happen. They've been brilliant personal trainers who have given me the confidence to perform exercises I never thought I would've done. They've given me guidance on how to change my lifestyle and nutrition to change my appearance and make me feel better in myself mentally. I would recommend these guys if you're new to the gym and are looking for that confidence to work out without any worry.

Joining Hom was the best decision I made for my fitness journey!
Before I started, I was terrified of the gym and had never even touched a dumbbell. Now, thanks to Jared and Nitin, I walk in with confidence and lift weights without any anxiety. They always push me to do my best, believe in me even when I don’t, and keep me focused on my goals.
Their support goes beyond the sessions—they’re always just a message away if I need help.

I wanted to say a big thank you to both Nitin & Jared for all the support and effort you guys have put in to help build me up so far (more to come) which I am very happy with. My confidence has increased as well as my strength and discipline.
I follow a certain type of plant based diet and even though it may have been challenging for all 3 of us, Nitin & Jared have recommended/advised the best they could whilst still helping me achieve my own goals!
This is still the beginning of my journey as I see much more progress to be made, much to learn and further goals to reach (especially with Rochana on board) ⚡️

These 3 are the one's to have as your PTs.

I've been going to the gym for 5 years and had a good knowledge but turns out its true, there's always more to learn and I definitely learned a lot from HOM. I was stuck in a place for a few years due to an injury and didn't know how to move past it or fix it. Nitin and Jared have been a huge help with helping me overcome my injury and teaching me more about what I can do to train with the injury, this way I'm not held back. Along with that, I've seen a huge change physically and mentally and would 100% reccomend HOM for anyone that is starting out, needs help with an injury or even is experienced because you learn new things!!

Jared, Nitin and Ro are all so hands on with the job. The 1-1 messaging and coming to your aid through the whole week is something you don't always get for PT's. The group events are so much fun. I've met so many new people and made new friends. HOM really gives it all to you and it's been such a great experience!!.

Their knowledge in the field is very diverse and cater to you individually, even when it's group training they help you modify things that are better suited to you.

Cannot emphasise enough how good these guys are!!!

Before starting with Hōm, I had been training consistently for two years, but I wasn’t seeing any real change. My weight hovered around 82-84kg, and I struggled with severe bloating and IBS, which only added to my frustration. My mindset around food and fitness wasn’t healthy, and I felt like I was stuck.

Since joining Hōm, everything has changed. In just six months, I’ve lost 12kg and an incredible 20cm from my waist. But more than just physical results, Hōm has provided me with invaluable support for managing my bloating and IBS. They helped me realign my mindset around food, teaching me moderation and balance, which has made such a difference in how I feel every day.
Now, I feel confident in my body, comfortable with my food choices, and genuinely enjoy training in a fun, supportive environment.
