Celebrated my sons wedding at this amazing place. Was amazed by first sight. So nice, clean well looked after premises. Staff was absolutely friendly and helpful, was looking after us all the time. I can not recommend enough. Amazing quite private safe place . And those peacocks 😍 we all where amazed by them. Thank you so much

From start to finish, the staff were absolutely wonderful and incredibly attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and they took care of everything behind the scenes — allowing us to relax and truly enjoy every moment without a single worry. It was such a stress-free experience, and that peace of mind is honestly priceless when it comes to planning a wedding. Every detail was managed seamlessly, and we felt completely looked after the entire day. Our guests haven’t stopped talking about how stunning the venue is. The grounds, the hall, the atmosphere — everything was just beautiful. Hockwold Hall really is a special place, and we feel so lucky to have celebrated our day there. We had our wedding here in April and it was honestly the best day of our lives! The amount of care and attention Richard and his team gave to us was unreal - they provided us with everything we needed and more! They were super friendly and would work with us to achieve anything we wanted. All of our guests said it was a perfect wedding and we couldn’t fault a single thing about the venue or the team. I was told by guests I was very relaxed on our wedding day, and I suspect that was largely due to the calm and efficient nature of the team who made the magic happen around us. Went here for a wedding, absolutely gorgeous venue, staff were impeccable, extremely helpful and kind. The scenery was beautiful and the dancing fantastic, honestly might arrange my own wedding here. Would highly recommend.

Me and my partner were lucky enough to get married this week at Hockwold Hall. Richard and Beth who we dealt with the most were fantastic and covered everything that was needed, helping make the day run very smoothly with our suppliers and their wider team. Little things that are important that usually go unnoticed such as how quickly the team catered for any needs or changes on the fly, or the security covering site overnight provided reassurance to an exceptional day. We would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get married, Hockwold is very high on the list for consideration. Having rooms on-site, but also additional accommodation options with a camping pitch, tour buses and more are very beneficial. The ability to get married inside or outside also helps with flexibility on the day depending on the weather as well, though the outside location looks fantastic and feels great being outside. 10/10 would recommend, thank you everyone for making the experience the best it possibly could be! We attended a family wedding. The weather was lovely which really made the venue work. The service was held in the grounds in lovely sunshine which I am sure made it very special for the Bride & Groom. The reception in the marquee was very well organised and all the facilities are very good.

As a local Norfolk photographer I've I have the pleasure of working at Hockwold Hall which nestles the Norfolk/Suffolk border. The grounds are spectacular, featuring manicured gardens, expansive lawns that provide stunning photo opportunities. The Hockwold Hall's staff is dedicated and attentive. Always professional, they ensure couples and vendors have everything needed for a seamless event. With its stunning scenery it's one of my favourite venues for outdoor ceremonies and with on site accommodation it makes things easy for the couple to relax. I would recommend it to any couple seeking a beautiful, well-managed wedding venue—a true gem in East Anglia.

We did not stay here but we're invited to a family celebration. It is mentioned in the doomsday book so has a huge history. The venue is stunning and the staff that we met were very helpful. It is well worth a visit if you are considering a wedding or family celebration.
