Fantastic paediatric first aid training today. Fantastic training today from Heather Bird. She made the training so enjoyable but also very practical and easy to understand. She used visual props and also gave is opportunities to practice with the props so it really stuck in my memory. Even when I had questions, she didn't make us feel silly, she allowed us to share our ideas and really break things down so they were understandable. She is energetic, funny and really knows the field and her job so well I am glad I went on this training!
