Mark has done several First Aid courses for us over the years. We organise large open air events and it is crucial our team know how to respond if we are first on the scene. Mark's training gave us all lots more confidence in our abilities. He is thorough, a great communicator, patient, experienced and supportive. I would recommend him to any business.
In another capacity, Mark stepped up and volunteered to provide 2 hour long First Aid sessions for our local Cubs, Scouts and Explorers. They all thoroughly enjoyed the sessions, learnt so much and came out buzzing with knowledge!

I attended a First Aid Course today, the layout of the course was great, it was a very enjoyable day. Mark kept the group interested throughout, especially after lunch, when most people start to lose concentration. Mark is an excellent trainer and would be happy to attend his courses in the future. Been on a first aid course today with Hereford First aid for the second time. Mark was the instructor and as before was very informed and full of knowledge and the lay out of the course was good, a nice mixture of theory and practical.Cheers Mark.

I did the blended Paediatric First Aid course. Good to do the theory part in the comfort of my own home followed by a practical day at the FA Offices. Mark the trainer was very good at reminding us to be Covid Safe and lots of effort had been put in to make sure of this. We each had our own infant and child mannequins to work on which was reassuring. Mark was an excellent trainer, friendly and funny and put us all at ease. He explained everything really well and at the end of the day we all passed. Even tea and coffee provided! After a week of worrying about doing the course there really was nothing to worry about.

Really great course! Mark was great, kept the group interested and made the day fun. Was really good to do some practice on the equipment and allow you to remember the manoeuvres. Would recommend Mark and the course to anyone to get the certification. Just hope I don’t ever need to use the techniques! Thanks Mark.

Thank you Mark for coming to Wellington Chapel this morning. The three hour course was excellent , informative and tailored to our needs. It was relevant to everyone who attended , some had little or no experience in first aid training but we all feel well informed now and having the opportunity to ‘practise’ on dummies and with a mock up defibrillator too was so helpful.
