Popped in to pick up an item I purchased on ebay. I hadn't received an FM code but the Parcel Force tracker had said it was delivered 2 days previously. The chap behind the counter explained to me the policies of ebay and his hands were tied. He then helped me to find a different code that ebay uses to produce the FM code and he got it all sorted in less than 5 mins. You can't ask for a more helpful chap. Customer service was truly first class.

Extremely bad experience. I will never gonna use Argos forever ever in my live anymore. I have received a massage that my item is ready for collection and they didn't gave it to me, because someone didn't do their job by sending me a FM code. I showed the message from ebay that my item are delivered and ready for collection and they decide to don't give it to me. The manager start explaining me their policies between ebay and argos which is non of my business at all. I didn't receive the present for my girlfriend's birthday. We came on a holiday for 4 days in Cornwall that's why I just ordered the items here and they just decide to don't give it to me.
Highly don't recommend Argos at all because is not my first bad experience with them.
