Heart of Worcestershire College

Actually shocking for a college. 8 different PTs, A head of course that does not care whatsoever for their students and never sends the timetables to the students nor does she send a required form that is meant to be put on every assignment which caused a lot of problems with some people’s assignments. Forever changing timetables too. Her Boss does not care either. Made multiple complaints both formal and informally and nothing has been done. Do not EVER come here.

I'm sure this is an excellent facility delivering a high quality educational experience but the parking setup is run by ParkingEye who fine you even if you try to pay later the same day online...been 8 days (Sept 2021: now more than a month) since I complained to the College and no response so far...

I wouldn't recommend the Tech, as was, to anyone. No paperwork of any kind provided, I had to enrol myself, received no enrolment letter, no timetable, no formal course description, not even a receipt for fees which, incidentally, they deliberately misrepresent in the prospectus and in enquiry emails. Standards of tutoring varied between excellent and plain abusive, and I wouldn't even recommend the tired old engineering building for toiletting a dog. The £3700 course barely resembled the prospectus description and was shortened without refund. The only upside is that I secured an excellent job on the strength of the course title.

Been here for 7 years as a Student, the Staff and Tutors are just the best to work with and the best CEO and Principal.

Today, with our business Immersive Theatres and using a 7m and a 6m dome, my colleague and I delivered a digital planetarium experience to 950 Yr 4 and Yr 8 students from 14 different schools at the annual 'Inspired To Work' careers fair. This is our third year at this event and as usual Harriet, Tracey and their colleagues were well organised and very hospitable to all exhibitors and visitors. The event was a great success (once again) and we'd like to thank Heart of Worcestershire College for another wonderful day.

A brilliant facility to either brush up on your skills or learn new Microsoft programs. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and patient and have given me all the support I needed. Would highly recommend.

?Excellent collage......why a few people have to moan is beyond me ....dave, of course you have to enrol yourself soft lad. Keeva the diva.....its probably best you left there as your ridiculous, short, unsubstantiated review could of been better written by my 7 year old but my apologies as you may only be 5 yourself using mom's ipad......this is a fantastic place with Staff that do their best on the allowance they have. My older daughter goes there and gets exited bout the learning process. Well done guys ?

IT WOULD BE NICE IF THE RECEPTION WOULD ANSWER THEIR PHONE, BEEN TRYING TO RING THEM SINCE LAST WEDNESDAY GOES TO ANSWER MACHINE, I LEFT A MESSAGE TO RING ME BACK FOUR TIMES AND UP TILL YET I STILL CAN'T GET TO SPEAK TO ANYONE.DISGRACEFUL , WHAT IF IT WAS AN EMERGENCY !!!!!
